Organic Millet Hulled

Ingredients: Organic Hulled Millet.
- Rinse 1 cup of millet under cool running water for 2 minutes.
- Place millet in sauce pan on medium-high heat.
- Stir constantly for 3 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water to the sauce pan and cover on low heat.
- Cook millet for 20 to 25 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
- Allow millet to cool for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork and serve.
